We've worked with this vendor for so long & always had issues with our order. I don't necessarily think it's a manufacturer issue, but also a terrible communication issue with Natalie Wong. I think she manages the company, but she is SO RUDE & disrespectful to all our staff. Every time I tell one of my associates to speak to her, she's constantly finding excuses as to why they can't redo items that are not done correctly. See the photos below. They came torn or misprinted & she couldn't even replace those. I told her I would just order more items so she could reship them together... WHICH IS KIND OF ME TO DO -- she just gave me attitude on discounting shipping to ship items THEY MESSED UP ON. Don't purchase here, Natalie is horrible.

For the previous order, I sent photos to the Ariana Huang before delivery, she was saying that the color was not good and asked us to redo it, and then strangely enough, she asked to send her the wrong color card . I think Ariana Huang is a really strange person.
What's more, if I'm so bad and there's been a problem with the order, why do Ariana Huang have to keep ordering?
